These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any products from Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) or any of its subsidiaries. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Any attempt to change or supplement this document will be null and void, unless otherwise agreed to in a written agreement by both, the client and Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ). The terms and conditions are subject to change without prior written notice at any time at Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) sole discretion. The section headings below are for reference only. If any term is found to be unenforceable, the remaining terms shall not be affected.




The products sold by Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) are not built/designed for and will not be used in life support systems, as/with medical equipment, nuclear facilities or systems, aircraft, aviation, aviation communication devices or other critical systems whose failure to perform could result in significant Injury or loss of life or damage to property. Accordingly, Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) will not be liable, and should the buyer use or sell Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) products for use in such hazardous applications, he/she does so entirely at their own risk. Furthermore, the buyer agrees to fully hold liability, defend and hold Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) harmless for/against any and all claims, demands, actions, litigation, and proceedings of any kind arising out of/related to above mentioned use or sale.


Order Validity :

  • Orders are valid only if the payment for the order, is done on the same day of the order, either by Bank Transfer Method or by our Payment Gateway.
  • The Order is considered invalid by default, if the payment is not received by us on the same day of the order.


Shipping and Risk:


  • Order Will Be Shipped Within 24-48 Working Hours After the Order is Processed.
  • Shipping Partners : FedEx, Delhivery, XpressBees, Gati, BlueDart, Ecom Express (Depending on Availability at Your Pincode), Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) DOES NOT Have any Control over Operations of Shipping Partners.
  • Delivery dates are estimates Provided By Shipping Partners. Shipping Partners are solely responsible for any kind of Delays.
  • Loss or damage occured during shipping is Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) Responsibility.
  • You Must Leave a Remark During Delivery to Delivery Guy About Damaged Box or Package, and Make an Un-cut Unboxing Video of the Package.
  • You must notify Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) of damaged or missing items from your order within 24-hours of receiving your package.




  • All Products Sold By Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) Are Under Selected Company Warranty.
  • We Do Not Provide Warranty of Any Product But We provide Support For Claiming Your Product Warranty.
  • Your Product Warranty Starts From Date of Purchase.


DOA/Replacement Policy:


  • If the Product does Not Work Out of The Box Then Only This Policy is Valid.
  • DOA Policy is Valid for 3 Days Only.
  • To Claim DOA Replacement You Must Record Unboxing Un-Cut Video of The Package and Send it to us.
  • In Case of Physical Damage to any product, only a clear unboxing un-cut video of the package with the Courier Tracking number clearly visible will be accepted. The Physical Damage to the product must also be clearly visible in the video.
  • If the Product DOA is Confirmed, a Reverse Pickup of The Product will be arranged By Starcomp Technologies ( www.starcomp.in ) And a Replacement Product will Be Dispatched within 7-15 Working Days After Receiving your Product.
  • We Will Test Your Product After Receiving, If The Product is in Working Condition You Have to Bear The Reverse Pickup and Forward Shipping Charges For The Same.
