Starcomp Technologies believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.


Cancellation Policy :


1. Order Cancellation Fee Once Payment is Received is 10% of the Total Order Amount.

2. Orders Once Processed cannot be cancelled.

3. Payment gateway fees will not be refunded if order is Cancelled Due to Customer's Request ( Fees are Charged by Payment Gateway partners and not by us )

4. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

5. In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.


Return/ Refund Policy :


1. We accept return request only if the product delivered by us is in damage condition, wrong product sent, product in dead condition or product is defective. Buyers will have 24 Hours after delivery to inform us in case of any dispute in the order to claim for return.

2. No Refund request is acceptable due to faulty or damaged product received by customer. However, if the Product is Dead on arrival or is received in a damaged condition, we will reverse pick-up the faulty product and dispatch a new one after receiving the faulty product. 

3. If the payment was made through our payment gateway then it will be refunded in same account by which the payment was done, in case of BANK TRANSFER and COD orders refunds will be done only in buyers bank account. Refunds usually takes 7-10 working days to reflect in your account.
